The Monster In The Bush. --Stripes slowly opened his tired eyes before yawning loudly. Delicately, the young tom cat pressed closer to the spotted black-and-white blanket that he lay on, as if to snuggle up to the old rag. Despite the warmth that comforted him, he knew that he wouldn't be able to sleep once he had woken from his slumber. Sighing inwardly, Stripes got to his paws and jumped out of his bed, arching his back in a long stretch before padding gingerly towards his water-bowl.

The young tom cat leant down and licked up a few mouthfuls of the icy-cold water before shaking out his pelt. He blinked, his amber eyes bright with tiredness. As Stripes was about to The Monster In The Bush. -- by *felvie

Summer contest!

I decided to make summer contest divided for two parts: art and photography.

The theme is "Cats in Motion". Catch your cat doing something, running, playing...or draw playing, running cat. You can submit photos/drawings  of domestic kitties or big cats such as lions.

You can enter as many time you wish! :la:

So here are deadlines: contest starts 21st June and ends 14th August. I know you have vacations and stuff so the deadline is far. Of course I can extend deadline for demand :)

As usual, the prizes will be Paws :meow:

Have fun! Hope to gather as many contestants as previously in adorable sleeping poses contest :XD:

Oh I really wanted to enter in the summer contest but it's passed 14th of August. I wonder if their is going to be another contest soon I love entering in contests!
